Stop recreating Himachal Jat Choudhary. Generally, you don't seem ready to create pages on the English Wikipedia. It would be a good idea to try to learn more about editing here by first editing existing articles, before you create new ones. Adding pages in Hindi to the English Wikipedia is not a good idea, because most of our readers will not understand it. Also stop attacking people who try to explain to you how Wikipedia works. Try to take on the things that Utcursch has very patiently been explaining to you on his talkpage. Utcursch is an administrator here (as am I) and he is giving you very good advice. That you should say "better you stay away from this" to him instead of trying to learn from what he says shows a bad attitude and a very dubious competence to edit here. This is a final warning.
