About this: There is no "Show preview" button in VisualEditor, and the exact wikitext for the edit is shown via "Review changes". Since you are one of the editors interested in translating missing articles into English, then you might like to keep an eye out for the new mw:Content translation tool. The latest word is that it will appear here as a Beta Feature this coming Tuesday, 07 July. It's got a pretty good interface for straight translation, including automatically converting some internal links and copying over most citations.
