The Parliament of Somaliland (Baarlamaanka) has two chambers. The upper house is the House of Elders (Golaha Guurtida). It has 82 members, representing traditional leaders.
Suleiman Mahmud Adam is the Speaker of the House of Elders of Somaliland.
