Removing references at LA Auto Show[edit]

Why did you remove references from the LA Auto Show article as you did here with Toyota RAV4 EV and here with the Mustang? Thanks, 72Dino (talk) 15:41, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

February 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm 72Dino. I noticed that you made a change to an article, North American International Auto Show, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please discuss on the article talk page the source of your content and why you are removing column formatting. 72Dino (talk) 14:58, 12 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

North American International Auto Show[edit]

You've added a lot of content to North American International Auto Show without any consideration of references, wiklinks or even alphabetical order. Please can you edit, before adding yet more. Many thanks. Warren (talk) 00:06, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation[edit]

Thank you for your recent submission to Articles for Creation. Your article submission has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. Please view your submission to see the comments left by the reviewer. You are welcome to edit the submission to address the issues raised, and resubmit once you feel they have been resolved.

Geneva Motor Show[edit]

Your extensive edit of Geneva Motor Show removed all 2013 references, wikilinks and some actual models launched. Why do you keep wanting to add in minor derivatives and tuner cars, and removing proper production cars? By all means add cars launched, with refs if possible and linked to their WP article, but do not remove references without reason. Warren (talk) 08:59, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation[edit]

Barcelona Motor Show, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Stub-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Note that because you are a logged-in user, you can create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

I see you have started adding content to Barcelona Motor Show but without bothering with refs or even wikilinks. Warren (talk) 15:38, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You might want to take note of the things various editors have suggested above, rather than ploughing on regardless such as references and formatting. Warren (talk) 16:44, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I noted that for 1997, you claim the London Fairway Taxi was launched. As this version of the Austin FX4 stopped production in 1997, and you have no ref to support your claim, I have deleted it. I confess I don't understand your approach to these motorshow lists. Warren (talk) 19:48, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, it looks like you copied a bunch of text from here into the article The Commercial Vehicle Show. I've trimmed out the copyright-violating text from the article and made it into a very short stub. Again, please familiarize yourself with WP:COPYVIO, and do not do this in the future.  — daranzt ] 00:53, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Again, please do not copy and paste text from other, copyrighted websites into Wikipedia articles, especially if said text is not very appropriate for an encyclopedic article in the first place. Again, please review WP:COPYVIO and note that persistent introduction of copyright-violating material may result in a block.  — daranzt ] 19:53, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Greater Minneapolis and Saint Paul International Auto Show requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.), but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". The article AP.9 (rapper) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Repost of AP.9 (rapper)[edit]

Information icon A tag has been placed on AP.9 (rapper) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. • Gene93k (talk) 13:26, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Turin Auto Show[edit]

I don't understand why you deleted the content of Turin Auto Show and replace it only with cars launched in 1994. Please edit with care! Warren (talk) 18:08, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Because i want to add much more years and cars but can't redact the table that be in this thread. I'am planned to add other years including deleted cars.

copypasting AP.9 (rapper) to АПРОТ now located at AP.9[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give AP.9 (rapper) a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. -- 70.50.151.11 (talk) 22:15, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of AP.9[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on AP.9, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. STATic message me! 06:17, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

New York International Auto Show[edit]

Sadly you have drifted back into some lazy editing at New York International Auto Show. No wikilinks, and because you refuse to use references, you are making mistakes between international and local introductions, if indeed it was a launch at all. The article does not benefit from a long list of text - it needs to be useful, notable and linked to the rest of the encyclopaedia. I have done some edits to 2001 which I hope gives a flavour of what you could do. Warren (talk) 09:46, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And yes, User:GENR12, each entry needs a reference per WP:Verifiability. That unsourced content you keep adding should stay out until you are willing to cite where you are getting it. I'm not sure where you are getting the information or why you refuse to cite it. Bahooka (talk) 15:10, 12 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
