WP:FILENAMES[edit]

Hi there. I noticed you upload quite a number of logos. This is just a suggestion for improvement. Per WP:FILENAMES (and common sense), file names should be descriptive and avoid confusion. A file like File:Birla Institute of Technology Mesra.svg does not really describe the image, this is in fact the logo or shield of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. SVG Vector graphics[edit]

Please don't upload files such as File:Indian Law Institute Logo.svg, File:North Bengal University Logo.svg, File:Suleman Dawood School of Business Logo.svg as SVG files when they are simply PNG bitmaps in an SVG wrapper, and not true vector graphics. Bitmap images should be in bitmap format. Embedding the bitmap in an SVG wrapper and uploading as SVG simply wastes the time of others who need to correct the formats. It's ok. The size is only just within the WP:NFC permitted size for non-free images, see: suitable non-free image dimensions. I edited the description to use a simpler rationale that you might want to look at.

As for suggestions, well, I've now tagged 47 files you have uploaded with {{Bad SVG}} because they are embedded bitmaps. You should really fix that problem before you upload any more new files. You can do that by either replacing the uploads with true vectors if they are available, like File:Indian Law Institute Logo.svg was, in the pdf you linked - otherwise bitmap files should be uploaded to replace the bad/fake SVG files. I've re-added Sharma, with citation and wikilink - please provide reference(s) yourself when when originally adding information in future - expecting other editors to clear up after you is poor form - similar to the many bad SVGs which you uploaded and have still not fixed, even removing several of the maintenance tags, seemingly in an attempt to hide the issue.
Above you asked for suggestions, and I gave you two pieces of advice: [1] To fix or replace the bad SVGs you have uploaded before uploading any more files, and [2] To use a better, example format for new image uploads. You ignored both of these points. I wonder why you would ask for advice and then ignore it? Perhaps you thought it would be too much work. The problem with that line of thinking is that the "work" only exists because of your poor uploads, so I'm sure you see how leaving it for others to fix is worse, and inconsiderate. There are over 70 messages on this page, covering just 7 weeks, the vast majority being about problems with files you have uploaded. Do you read them? If so, why don't you fix the problem on newer files you upload?

@Muhandes Sir, All of School of Planning and Architecture are now Different Entities. Either it Delhi, Vijayawada or Bhopal. In 2014, Lok Sabha passed a bill to make all the three SPAs "centres of excellence" on the pattern of IITs and IIMs.^[1] and May be in Near future another SPA opened in Nagaland as per this report ^[2] Soo, Should we need to revive That Template named Template:School of Planning and Architecture ?? What you wrote is both true and irrelevant. Navigational templates are used to ease navigation, they are not a staple of notability or otherwise represent any intrinsic value of the articles. When considering such a template one should check these guidelines. See also WP:NENAN (and its opposite, WP:NBFILL). It seems to me that the following sentence holds: Templates should not be used to create lists of links to other articles when a category, list page, or "See also" section list can perform the same function. Looking at the four relevant articles, they already have the other articles in the list very prominently listed, so I'm not sure what purpose additional navigation will serve. An additional school might tip the scale. Anyway, when this will be relevant, Template:Schools of Planning and Architecture is more appropriate. --Muhandes (talk) 13:40, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If it is Sanskrit, it is better marked with {{lang|sa-latn|vidhya dhanam sarvadhan pradhanam}} like this: vidhya dhanam sarvadhan pradhanam. Hi again. I appreciate this contribution as I cannot even find these sources which are in languages I don't speak. However, to put things accurately, does the source say Sarkar was appointed as president? My understanding was that "President" is a ceremonial head, while "Director" is the actual administrative head (much like chancellor and VC). Google translate (yeah, I know) says Sarkar was appointed as administrative head. Of course, Google translation may be wrong.
