Although Aaron Klug started working on ribonuclesase when he joined Bernal's unit, he switched to tobacco mosaic virus after Franklin joined. And, of course, this was the structure he continued to work on and for which he received the Nobel Prize. His obituary in the Royal Society makes this clear. undo
