Nucleus Mall[1] is a recently opened mall in Maradu, an upcoming suburb of Kochi, Kerala. The Mall has 125,000 square feet (11,600 m2) of retail space spread over 4 floors and 45,000 square feet (4,200 m2) of office space spread over 6 floors. The Mall is located in the developing suburban of Maradu, near to Thripunithura. The Mall was opened with much gala on November 12, 2010.[2] The Mall is India's first LEED certified gold rated green mall.[3][4]
