Volga (Privolzhsky) Federal District (Russian: Приво́лжский федера́льный о́круг; tr.: Privolzhsky federalny okrug) is one of the seven federal districts of Russia. It forms the southeastern part of European Russia. Its population was 31,154,744 in the 2002 census, living on an area of 1,038,000 km² (400,774 mi²). Grigory Rapota was appointed the federal district's Presidential Envoy on May 12, 2008.
Subdivisions with republics that enjoy a high degree of autonomy on most issues and correspond to some of Russia's ethnic minorities are marked with an asterisk:
