This is a list consisting of couples from the fictional realm, as well as the media surrounding celebrity, who have been titled as supercouples (known as power couples or dynamic duos in other reference). Couples that merit such a title include:

#Mania (significant press, media attention, etc. being placed on the couple)
ABC supercouples
#Labeled as supercouple (for soap opera, couple must be thought of as supercouple widely enough throughout soap opera medium to appear on main soap opera supercouples list, see Supercouples of today)
#Notable impact
#Listed as an all-time top romance (this usually applying to television couples)

Each of these examples has been identified by critics and press as defining a supercouple.

Revision as of 06:01, 2 December 2007

This is a list consisting of couples from the fictional realm, as well as the media surrounding celebrity, who have been titled as supercouples (known as power couples or dynamic duos in other reference). Couples that merit such a title include:

 1. Mania (significant press, media attention, etc. being placed on the couple)
 2. Labeled as supercouple (for soap opera, couple must be thought of as supercouple widely enough throughout soap opera medium to appear on main soap opera supercouples list, see Supercouples of today)
 3. Notable impact
 4. Listed as an all-time top romance (this usually applying to television couples)

Each of these examples has been identified by critics and press as defining a supercouple.
