Teutonic Order

Hi Favonian, I apologize, was not my intention to be disruptive! I am trying to correct major parts of the mentioned article. The Teutonic Order exists as separate factions today, A lot of the history is the same, but later on it basically split into separate factions, I am trying to get the one faction online in Wikipedia, but I keep getting deleted on edits. Will it be better to make a whole new article?

I tried, but it gets tagged for speedy deletion? — Preceding Shingetsutan comment added by Shingetsutan (talkcontribs) 11:42, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

As it stands, your changes look suspiciously like a hoax. Your changes will not be accepted unless you can provide reliable and verifiable sources. Favonian (talk) 11:46, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I am waiting for Documents that can proof my claims on the current Location of the headquarters as well as the Grand Master, I will soon be able to provide all registration documents from European Union and other registration Authorities where NPO's register Shingetsutan (talk)ShingetsutanShingetsutan (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:50, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again favonian! I think this needs some large updates, The Order is currently working from Romania, I have proof in the form of the Registration Letter from ANAF (National Agency for Fiscal Administration) Serial No : 1295651 I also have a letter from the Bank in Romania where they keep bank accounts. And I also have a proof of registration from the Romania Judiciary Oradea Civil Section. Were must I send or upload this to proof my claims(Sorry rather new here) Shingetsutan (talk)ShingetsutanShingetsutan (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 07:31, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Those documents are, at best, primary sources. You need to study Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources to learn what constitutes acceptable sources for Wikipedia articles. Favonian (talk) 08:08, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User:Sophie Turner

Hello, what in the world was this user trying to accomplish? In some articles, before editing with account, he apparently had done something similar with this IP addresss, so a normal revert would result into reverting to his previous edit. --Avoided (talk) 13:47, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I noticed (and reverted) the double-takes. What drives this person is not for me to diagnose, but she/he is a persistent nuisance. There have also been several IP instances, like 83.200.186.170. Favonian (talk) 13:50, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, the ones I reverted had 2.6.119.165 as the accomplice. Favonian (talk) 13:52, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hey! Based on your edits to NationStates, I thought maybe you would be interested that I started a series of userboxes for the game. Feel free to add any or add your own!-🐦Do☭torWho42 () 06:21, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Now that's what I call proper sockpuppetry. -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:20, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I was sort of expecting that to happen. Favonian (talk) 19:22, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly seasonal greetings. I accept that the behaviour of many I/Ps is beyond comprehension, but this one is almost amusing. Could you have a look at Draft:Poison second and his contribution to the pink blood outbreak of October 3rd as recorded in 2017 Perhaps it's the mulled wine! Regards JRPG (talk) 23:24, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@JRPG: Med students obsessing about "pink blood" makes sense on some level, I guess, but they are not an asset to Wikipedia. Three-month recess. Favonian (talk) 16:18, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Favonian -I had assumed they were a patient who had escaped rather than a medical student. Agreed about them not being an asset. JRPG (talk) 16:59, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Happy Holidays
From Stave one of Dickens A Christmas Carol

Old Marley was as dead as a door-nail. Mind! I don’t mean to say that I know, of my own knowledge, what there is particularly dead about a door-nail. I might have been inclined, myself, to regard a coffin-nail as the deadest piece of ironmongery in the trade. But the wisdom of our ancestors is in the simile; and my unhallowed hands shall not disturb it, or the Country’s done for. You will therefore permit me to repeat, emphatically, that Marley was as dead as a door-nail.

So you see even Charles was looking for a reliable source :-) Thank you for your contributions to the 'pedia. ~ MarnetteD|Talk 19:16, 24 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism at high-viewership articles

Hi there. Can you please semi-protect both 2017 Central Mexico earthquake and Hurricane Harvey for 3 months? Both articles have been vandalized very persistently for the last 3 months, and both articles have extremely high reader viewerships on this site. (Both articles also suffer from sockpuppet attacks.) Thank you. LightandDark2000 (talk) 01:31, 25 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
