The complex will cover an area of 15.4 acres (62,322 m2) on the western side of Manhattan Island next to the West Chelsea Promenade, which will allow stores and open markets in the plaza. The western side of the plaza will be on 33rd Street and Twelfth Avenue. Eight of the buildings are residential the other eight are mixed-use. There are 3,300 units of rooms in the buildings all together. If built it will surpass the height of the Empire State Building by 50 ft (15 m).
