The Totally Rad Show is a Revision3 podcast which focuses primarily on reviews and reminiscing of movies, video games, television programs, and comic books. The show debuted on March 27, 2007. It stars Alex Albrecht, Dan Trachtenberg, and Jeff Cannata.

Format

The Totally Rad Show starts out with a brief intro before they get in to the movies that they will be reviewing that week. The show is then divided in different segments like Movies, Games, Comics and TV.[1][2] They also occasionally have shorter segments such as "Dan Becomes A Man" where they teach Dan Trachtenberg to do something manly (ex: In Episode 12 they taught Dan how to smoke a cigar). The show also makes use of a green screen that changes according to the different segments, along with a unique variation of the original "Totally Rad Show" logo that shows at the beginning and end, which is different every episode. The unseen camera operator "Steve" often gives his input through the use of images and text that pop up on the green screen.

Distribution

The show is released weekly on Tuesdays at 4:00pm EST.[2] It is available to download in High Definition Quicktime as well as large and small Quicktime, WMV and XVID. An audio only version is also available in .mp3 format.
