Hello Avala, I would appreciate your guidance on what exactly you consider to be wrong with my edits in Humanitarian Aid to Haiti (France)? You undid my edits and now have tagged them as no having verifiable citations. I have checked other countries in the article and I fail to see why you have singled out my France edits?Swensink (talk) 13:25, 20 January 2010 (UTC)

Avala, could you give me more detail as to why you think that the sources I cite are not reliable. I have looked at other countries in the article and the sources are similar and are cited in the same way. thanks.Swensink (talk) 16:39, 20 January 2010 (UTC)

Can you do it?Max Mux (talk) 10:51, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Of course not, we need external sources not emails.--Avala (talk) 12:03, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the wrong way. Stop it. Please be rational. Think and then speak (or write.) Please be helpful and not a ...you know what I mean. This is teamwork. And I can imagine how you think about Kosovo. That's simmply notMax Mux (talk) 12:23, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Huh? I don't understand the most of what you wrote because you don't finish your sentences. And it's not a wrong way because we should not violate the Wikipedia:No original research policy by sourcing the article in private emails.--Avala (talk) 12:43, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You don't get it.Max Mux (talk) 17:49, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't get sentences like "That's simmply not" because they are not finished but I do get very clear rules of Wikipedia like WP:NOR and WP:V which you don't understand apparently.--Avala (talk) 21:02, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please read my thougts at the disc-page again (completely) then think againMax Mux (talk) 12:23, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Then think Again" Can be interpreted as a Personal Attack.--Jakezing (Your King) (talk) 13:10, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe I used the wrong impression. I only wanted to tell him to rethink his argument when he know more. It was not meant as offense.Max Mux (talk) 13:17, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with avala, emails are private unless otherwise published ect. We can't reference a private email.--Jakezing (Your King) (talk) 13:21, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Lovely. Please post it in the appropriate talk page.--Avala (talk) 19:28, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have already done so. But please tell me why are yoou against Kosovo.Max Mux (talk) 20:14, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sigh... Stil badgering people about that? He is against kosovo for the same type of reasons I'm for it. Hell, does he need a reason. Max, if he didnt say a word about kosovo, support or against, he would STILL be against it because she doesn't sup[port it. --Jakezing (Your King) (talk) 23:38, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He called you stupid for not recognizing kosovo, that maybe he can "make you come to your senses"--Jakezing (Your King) (talk) 21:24, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"June 2009" - Um what?

Stop threatening me for reverting your POV content. If anyone should do it, it should be an administrator and not you. This has been going on for far too long and I will report you if you continue with this. --alchaemia (talk) 23:00, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What are you talking about? You just added that information to this article after months of it not being there! You broke the agreement, not I! You're the one that should be reported, not I. Are you not aware of this? Do you not know that you're the one that changed the status quo tonight? Also, reporting me for reverting your POV content twice is a little laughable. --alchaemia (talk) 23:10, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If you copy-paste huge chunks of separate articles, then it will be removed. And January 1st, is not "two weeks ago." --alchaemia (talk) 23:23, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's copy paste because it's the same information that is found on a separate article. Users don't know and don't care "what was created first." Do you ever think of the readers or is it all about your POV? --alchaemia (talk) 23:28, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Besiktas.svg)

Thanks for uploading File:Besiktas.svg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:32, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Map of Serbia

Hi, I noticed you changed the map on the Serbia article. Be aware that there has been substantial discussion about changing the map to its current form, which is still ongoing. Feel free to participate at Talk:Serbia#New Map Of Serbia. Prodego talk 18:48, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Israel

I agree that the source is biased and anti Serb, I was just saying that the source does not say that Obama and Netanyahu met. Regardless Palluxo is the only source to report this story, the others have copied Palluxo. You can remove this story from the article if you like, I will not revert. But bare in mind that Israel is the US's b***h and I would not be surprised if Israel did recognise, especially after some Arab states have recognised. Thats why I don't think this particular story is false. Yes some stories are blatant propaganda and lies (anti Serbian), but I don't think all are, but by all means, remove the info if you want. I will not revert. Ijanderson (talk) 19:39, 21 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently I was wrong. Sorry mate. I'll know not to fall into Palluxo traps again haha. At least we know now for definite that they are full of s**t and lies. Sorry mate, Regards Ijanderson (talk) 11:17, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Abuse Filter Log

Apparently me and you have both been recorded for violating "Macedonia naming conflict" on "Abuse filter log". I did not know about it until 10 mins ago, it must be new to Wikipedia. Here is your supposed abuse filter log [1] and here is mine [2]. As for as I'm concerned we have not violated anything or done anything wrong. I've complained to ani for some assistance (see here [3]). I think this is really weird. You have not violated any of Wikipedia's polices with your edit. Ijanderson (talk) 18:28, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your welcome, is there anything specifically we can do to complain? Also I don't know how we can list Palluxo as an unreliable source, sorry for the delay. Ijanderson (talk) 18:48, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Palluxo bulls**t

Cheers mate, later today I will complain to an admin about these and make sure that it not to be used for any article every again. Something is wrong with the world when the media starts creating the news. Regards Ijanderson (talk) 10:09, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've notified an Admin about Palluxo and I've asked him how to make sure that Palluxo is not used as a source/ reference on Wikipedia. Regards Ijanderson (talk) 09:51, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Talk Page comments

Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Talk:Dmitry_Medvedev. Such edits are disruptive and appear to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.

You reverted my edit request twice on the Dmitry Medvedev talk page. Not only did you not give any reason why, but you also made comments that were intended to ridicule me [4]. Can you please give an explaination? 174.18.14.149 (talk) 05:24, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Joke?! What the heck are you talking about? All I asked for, was for someone to distinguish Dmitry Medvedev from Dmitri Mendeleev. I don't understand why you find that so funny. I almost opened a ticked at WP:AVI, but decided one last time to communicate with you before I do so. I am very deeply upset and offended by your failure to respond to my comments. Please at least pretend to care about what I have to say. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 12:25, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why would we distinguish Mendeleev from Medvedev? But that isn't the point, the point is that you also added that we should distinguish him from the word Foo and you also added that Alfred Hitchcock made Ghost Busters. You are obviously here to make jokes in articles and that behaviour is not welcome.--Avala (talk) 13:18, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Take a look at Template:Distinguish. Naturally, one would copy the template and replace the word "foo" with the article to be distinguished's name. Because I am not a robot, I made the mistake of forgetting to replace foo with dmitri mendeleev; I'm not sure what makes this such an awful deed. As to the one-time Hitchcock incident that I removed myself please look at all of my edits, and don't pick and choose edits (actually, it should be edit); the vast majority of my edits were in good faith. Thanks for being so welcoming.174.18.14.149 (talk) 13:44, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh so you made that mistake a couple of times?--Avala (talk) 14:19, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, it wasn't a mistake. I admit it was deliberate vandalism, for fooling a younger relative of mine. I promptly reverted it after it was shown, and I am aware I was not supposed to do that. However, that does not justify you reverting my good faith edits, and calling them "joke edits". 174.18.14.149 (talk) 14:36, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You don't understand that Wikipedia is not a place for family jokes.--Avala (talk) 14:58, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
My previous comment said "...and I am aware I was not supposed to do that." The reason I said that was so that you wouldn't be under the impression that I didn't know the rules of wikipedia. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 15:44, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Also, if you believe there is no reason to distinguished Dmitry Mendeleev from Dmitri Medvedev, and that the two cannot possibly be confused, you are supposed to comment on the talk page; not just remove the comment. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 13:46, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You can't propose distinguishing if the two are neither connected neither have the same or similar name. They do have the same first name, but we are not going to add distinguish templates for all articles starting with Dmitry.--Avala (talk) 14:19, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They have very similar first names as well as similar-looking last names. I was confused, so I thought I decided to put a request to distinguish the two so that other people will not be confused as I was. I don't see anything wrong with that.174.18.14.149 (talk) 14:36, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah and a hundred other Dmitrys. I don't see how could anyone confuse a 19th century chemist and the current President of Russia just because they both have the name Dmitry.--Avala (talk) 14:58, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but there are not a hundred Dmitry Medvedevs. You have to forgive me, but I rarely watch the news, and to me (and I'm sure to other people as well) Medvedev looks very very similar to Mendeleev. In fact, my web browser as I am typing this, identified Medvedev as a misspelling and suggested that I change it to "Mendeleev". 174.18.14.149 (talk) 15:44, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That is due to the fact that you opened the Mendeleev page before and not because it's an actual misspelling. Do you think that George W. Bush article should have a distinguish from George W. Brown? Hey, we could confuse them even easier because here we even have the same middle initial.--Avala (talk) 15:52, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No one even knows who George W. Brown is, so far less people would confuse the George W. Bush with George W. Brown than Dmitry Medvedev and Dmitri Mendeleev. Furthermore, the names Medvedev and Mendeleev look really similar; much more so than Bush and Brown. Also, this is the English Wikipedia, so names like "Bush" and "Brown" are seen all the time, and easily distinguished from eachother. "Medvedev" and "Mendeleev", however, may look identical to some people. Like Enric Naval said, a person searching for a guy named Me-something-ev, may be confused as to why the article is about a politician rather than a chemist. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 20:41, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And please also give an explaination for this edit: [5]. I am truly baffled as to why you would remove a holocaust victim from the list, and just "assume vandalism", instead of actually researching the claim for yourself. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 14:03, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe because you couldn't decide if she is a Brazilian, or a Polish or an Austrian and whether she is a victim of nazism or whether she committed suicide - [6].--Avala (talk) 14:19, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Again, if you look around for one second, you will see that I copied the entry on top of it, replaced the other entry's data with my own, then forgot to replace a few (which I then went back and fixed). Do you give me permission to undo your edit?174.18.14.149 (talk) 14:36, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe you should use the preview button before clicking save next time?--Avala (talk) 14:58, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anyway, I would like to apologize NOT for the edits I made, but for the tone of voice I have been using on your talk page; I admit it was a bit harsh. However, I stand firm by my belief that absolutely none of the reverts that you made involving me were necessary or helpful to Wikipedia. 174.18.14.149 (talk) 15:44, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In my humble opinion, and leaving aside any misunderstanding that might be happening between you two, I think that Dmitry Medvedev and Dmitri Mendeleev are similar enough to cause confusion to readers, concretely readers that are searching for a guy called "Dimitry Med-something" because they don't remember the exact spelling, so a "For" note hatnote at the top of those articles would be a good improvement. I would suggest shaking hands to make peace, adding the "For" notes, and going back to writing the encyclopedia in a friendly ambient. --Enric Naval (talk) 16:16, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since none of you replied, I'll assume that you agree (or, at least, that you don't disagree enough to complain about it) and I'll go ahead and add the "for" tags to help people who can't spell complicated russian names. --Enric Naval (talk) 16:14, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And you got reverted instantly by another user. It proves my point that this is wrong.--Avala (talk) 23:52, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Jadranka Kosor.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only," "non-derivative use" or "used with permission," it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. [7], and it was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19, or is not used in any articles. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. I'm not vandalising, I'm updating to reflect the current political situation here in Cyprus. There's no point in a) continuing to start with the views of a government we voted out a year and a half ago, or b) describing our president of eighteen months as "newly elected". It's an update. No humour was intended (or indeed visible) in describing it as such. Vizjim (talk) 21:57, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Not really. I don't care enough to get in an edit war over it, though, so will take it to the talk page instead. Vizjim (talk) 08:50, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    • By the way, you really need to work on your people skills - take a look at WP:FAITH. Reverting an experienced editor's contribution without explanation is poor work - doing it a second time (after a protest) and accusing the other editor of vandalism is just plain rude. There was no reason for this to become an antagonistic situation, but you did your level best to make it so. Vizjim (talk) 09:18, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Kosovan–Maldivian relations. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kosovan–Maldivian relations. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:14, 25 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Serbian Ministry of Defence

I would like to ask your opinion on something regarding the article "Ministry of Defense (Serbia)". The article currently uses American English and thus spells the word Defence as "Defense" with an "s" instead of a "c". Also the word Organisation is spelled as "Organization" with a "z" instead of an "s". However if you look at the official English language version of the official Serbian Ministry of Defence Website, on their English language version they use British English and spell Defence with a c and Organisation with an s, thus officially the Serbian Ministry of Defence uses British English and not American English. This would make sense because Serbia is a European country therefore it uses the European version of English. I think it would be the right thing to do if we use British English on the article because that is the style of English officially used by the Serbian Ministry of Defence. Also there are already one or two British English words used already in the article. Would you agree with me here? Regards Ijanderson (talk) 11:52, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cheers, I think it is important to reflect the same style as the official website. Regards Ijanderson (talk) 12:01, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ICJ

Yeh they didn't comment, just like other supports of Kosovo at the ICJ didn't comment either. That Albanian story is making out that only 4 countries support Serbia and that only 7 support Kosovo. Ijanderson (talk) 11:55, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

i deleted my post above calling you names..out of mutual respect. I see you have layed off the Kosova article. Good for you. It amazes me that per 1 pov pusher we lose we get another, from both sides, don't take offense. This rule holds tru except for dab that still remains as a know it all more of a know-it-nothing. Redirecting

From user:ikip

Please try to control your mass redirection urge. If it wasn't for the quick revert of your edits by some users you would have almost destroyed dozens of solid articles that are not irrelevant stubs.--Avala (talk) 14:54, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have no more redirecting. The articles are not destroyed, because they can be reverted. I agree with you on many of the articles being relevant. Thanks for stopping by.
I am a very strong inclusionist also (that used to be my user name in fact) heavily involved in WP:Article Rescue Squadron.
I am concerned about how this has all been recieved, I think a lot of people who share my inclusionist values don't really appreciate the dozens of hours we have all put into these articles, and the amount of bitter controversy behind these articles. The redirect option seemed for a few of us the best of a lot of bad options, to stop the deletions. Ikip (talk) 16:21, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I noticed you reverted a few of the redirects. If any of these articles come up for deletion, please notify me (you can because I edited the article), and I will help with building them and saving them. I have immense experience saving articles.
Yesterday two relations articles came up for deletion. I didn't spend as much time as I wanted to saving them, but I put them on the right path.
Here are two of the several pages we have created about the relations articles:

Unbelievable AfD

Have you seen this: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kosovan–Serbian relations ? I really wish you, I, and others knew about this when it was going on then maybe it would've had a different outcome. WP:POVFORK was completely ignored, as that's what that trash article obviously is (of Serbia's reaction to the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence). Instead the few editors who were involved decided to ignore logic in favor of smiting the AfD nominator. What a shame.--Tocino 07:57, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We should nominate it again at a later date and maybe make the Serbian WikiProject aware of its existance next time. --Tocino 15:29, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Russia, ICJ and Mitrovica

Yeh It'll be interesting to see who else will join the oral discussions. I think "sides" will be pressuring countries to join in the oral debate. Also I think US, KSA and EU3 might be pressuring more countries to recognise, like East Timor etc. Btw on the proposal is to change the name of the article from "Kosovska Mitrovica" to "Mitrovica (Kosovo)", to define it from the others Mitrovicas. We dont want to change to plain "Mitrovica", that'd be confusing. IJA (talk) 13:57, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The EU three is the top dogs of the EU, which are UK, France and Germany. The EU3 and US are meant to have masterminded Kosovo's independence. IJA (talk) 15:39, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Removal of all non de jure diplomatic Missions in List Articles

I would like to seek your view as to whether we should eliminate from the lists of diplomatic missions by sending/receiving countries all references to representative offices of sending states that do not have formal diplomatic missions with the host states. This would affect a large number of articles which relate to Taiwan, Palestine, Kosovo and other states. Please provide your views here. You have received this notice because you have regularly contributed to either kind of article, or have had dealings with editors concerning the conduct of this dispute. Thank you. Kransky (talk) 06:50, 6 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of Belgrade Metro stations

I edited your article on the list of belgrade metro stations. Because it is clearly obvious that the Belgrade Metro does not yet exist, it should not be difficult to come to the easy conclusion that there are no belgrade metro systems. Your article has been renamed to "list of beovoz stations". (LAz17 (talk) 03:42, 8 September 2009 (UTC)).[reply]

Problem

Why are you reverting that stuff about putin and tadic? Someone telling someone happy birthday and hoping for good relations is not worthy of information an encyclopedia. If that part is to be included, why not also write that putin emphasized that he he hopes that the projects in the energy field. If that were even mentioned, one would notice that this is the real thing behind it. Yet that part is left out, and this other part included. Most importantly, it has NOTHING to do with re-election. (LAz17 (talk) 03:43, 20 September 2009 (UTC)).[reply]

That most definetly is not direct support. A friendly letter, written for the purposes of promoting russian business is in no way a letter of clear support. It's basically telling him what he expects of him. If one supports, one says it in public, like Putin said to Yunukovich of Ukraine. (LAz17 (talk) 16:25, 20 September 2009 (UTC)).[reply]
You have a history of mis-citing that news article. You and paxequilibrium on purpose lied in the talk page of the article saying "on his future presidency". That is lying, and purpose. You knew it was false, and you both insisted that it is true, on purpose. This was for the sake of helping in his election campaign. If some random person comes and looks him up, they will think hey putin likes him, when in fact it is not the case. You need to remove your POV from wikipedia as soon as possible. You have an established history of doing wrong stuff, like making the very wrong and worysome article "list of belgrade metro stations", as well as this. You quote an article, but you ignore the essence of the article, the essence being the emphasis on the energy projects, not happy birthday or relations. Your POV is so obvious, calling that letter direct support. Please remove your POV. And while we bring in the russians, we could bring in the things that other top officials in russia said - that it is a great tragedy that tadic got reelected. (LAz17 (talk) 18:28, 20 September 2009 (UTC)).[reply]

Stop your ad homien attacks and mockery. Just because the article is in serbian does not mean that you can mis-translate words and meanings. (LAz17 (talk) 18:32, 20 September 2009 (UTC)).[reply]

RE: ANI

The reason I gave you a warning was so the other user couldn't say "he didn't get one, but I did". I personally believe you are in the right to revert (not an admin so don't quote me on that), but that revisions should stop at 3RR and move to the talk page. Even some admins say if it is vandalism to stop at 3RR so the user reverting doesn't get in trouble either. But you were given the warning as a "covering all bases" kinda thing. I have, as I said on ANI, requested for page protection making it clear you were reverting to keep an established consensus version on the page and the other user was adding a non-consensus version. This will essentially force the other user to the talk page. - NeutralHomerTalk • 11:01, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Diplomatic missions of Serbia - no receipt of reply

On September I said we could not agree on the formatting of this article, and as neither side was preparing to back down it should be referred to RfC. I asked for your comments (here) to my account of the situation, to ensure I did not misrepresent you. I haven't received a response back - if you are still wanting to use your style please respond.

I still believe that ambassadors belong in List of Ambassadors from Serbia, not here. I have already given you my support for your article, so your continued insistence that you include ambassadors in Diplomatic missions of Serbia strikes me as odd and counter-productive (somebody could easily argue that the Ambassador article is redundant if ambassadors are listed in the diplomatic missions article). Notes from Иван Богданов

I must (in very good faith) ask you why you revert my edit on President of Serbia, because current Serbian Presidency was formed on 11 January 1991, and its inaugural holder was Slobodan Milošević. You are very badly informed if you think that it was formed on 15 February 2008 with Boris Tadić as inaugural holder (on that date, Tadić was inaugurated for a second term). You are welcome to respond on my talk page. If you are Serb, you may respond on Serbian language, OK? Ćao --Иван Богданов (talk) 13:54, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's so complicated, all that de jure and de facto terms. But i am sure that Serbian monarchy would be restored soon, and that HRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II will become our King. After that, everything will be much better. What you think about that? --Иван Богданов (talk) 14:30, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I think that House of Karađorđević must decide on the name of the future King without any external pressure. If they decide to adopt Spanish solution (in 1975, after Generalissimo Franco's death, King of Spain become Juan Carlos I, not his father Infante Juan, Count of Barcelona, who was son of the last previous monarch Alfonso XIII and technically the first in the line of succession), it's fine with me. I just want restoration of the Serbian monarchy. Are you agree with me? --Иван Богданов (talk) 22:19, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
In Spain in 1975 no referendum about restoration of monarchy was held, yet nobody questioned legitimacy of that decision, then or now. Spain is a democratic country, and it's monarchy is accepted both at home and abroad. In 2008, Spanish King was considered the most popular leader in all Ibero-America. Also, political elite in Serbia have no interest in restoration of monarchy, and currently only that elite can decide to restore monarchy either after a popular referendum or without it. In the end i must remind you that in 2006 in Serbia was held a referendum about a new constitution, and that referendum was highly controversial (there was possible vote rigging). If political elite in Serbia decided to rigg vote in a referendum for a new constitution, do you really think that they would behave honestly in a referendum about restoration of monarchy?? --Иван Богданов (talk) 12:14, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nemas blagog pojma kako da odgovoris na ovo, zar ne? Sta ces, tako ti je to sa rodjenim monarhistom kao sto sam ja. Ziveo Kralj, Zivela Otadzbina!! --Иван Богданов (talk) 15:51, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair well

I have decided to leave Wikipedia and concentrate on more important things such as my History degree at university. One of the main reasons I set up an account was due to my interest in Kosovo's declaration of independence. They hype has ended now in my opinion. It happened more than a year and a half ago, so I have decided to move on. I have enjoyed editing with you and I trust you to look after the IRoK article and to stop people from vandalising it. I may leave updates on your talk page regarding Kosovo news via an IP address. All the best and take care friend. Regards Ian aka IJA (talk) 22:14, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Images

When you come across a suitable image for infoboxes, such as on Nicolas Cage, could you possibly move the one you are removing to a suitable place further in the article if it doesn't already have some other images? That would really help fill out articles. Thanks. Wildhartlivie (talk) 22:07, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, French Guyana is France, it's a DOM (overseas department) meaning it's a province of France, and same visa rules apply. If you ever look at euro banknotes, you will see that these DOMs are included on the back of the notes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Beogradjanin011 (talkcontribs) 18:46, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There has never been any "hear-say" from me, as you stated, and what you wrote me really shows that you draw conclusions prematurely, without asking why and what. There is the Timatic web where things are very clear concerning visas, and also government officials who know how things work. Perhaps you are not one of them. And you don't care if I am? So, the first thing I would ask you after my message would not be "watch your tone," as I really think this is rude from you, but "who are you, and why do you think your information is relevant." People do wait in other towns in Serbia, as reported, 5 to 7 days for urgent-procedure passports. Why is this? Because passports are brought directly from Belgrade, where they are printed in a cooperation with a German company. Faster it cannot be done, as diplomatic post travels twice weekly. So mister, let's not talk about law that you found somewhere on the Internet, but let us talk about real life. That's what Wikipedia is all about, isn't it? The other thing, Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia and not your own webpage, so everyone can participate, as well as donate, and you are not supposed to be a censor. If you have problems with this, I think I should bring this matter in attention of some individuals who are little bit more influenced here, and who can make some decisions. So, I hope I made my opinion little more clear this time, and I am sending you greetings with the wish that we can cooperate in the future. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nenad80 (talkcontribs) 16:51, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yeh I think I'm back for good. The ICJ thingy got me back onto it again; I have tried to leave, its just not working. It is a bit like smoking, I've tried to quit, but it is not happening haha. Have a good time and a wonderful 2010; as I have said, I expect Serbia to do rather well in the Football world cup, however I hope England to do better haha. In recent years with football, Croatia have become our rivals. Maybe Serbia will take that title away from them in 2010 haha? I have enjoyed editing wikipedia with you because even though our political views may differ, we have have edited together neutrally and I hope it stays that way. University of Sydney - new crest

You are the user who uploaded vectorized image of the original crest of USyd (File:University_of_Sydney.svg). USyd now has a new crest, as below in PNG form. If you are the one who created the aforementioned SVGs, it would be nice if you could vectorize this new one also, as it greatly improves the appearance of the image (I assume you have an interest in these kinds of images).
