I need your input Snuggs, I don't know from whom, but I have an email from some Wikipedia user who is slamming my work here, calling it "biased bullshit". I don't think I have ever been biased to any of the articles and my interests here, rather I have been cutthroat about fancruft and WP:OR, fought vandals, as well as been neutral completely. I have closed the GAR you raised some time back as "delisted". While other people are neutral, I think the comments about uncited material on a BLP and the use of questionable sources such as the Daily Mail, in combination with none of them being fixed in the current state of the article, means that I find the strongest argument is to delist. Re: TR's nickname Teddy.

They put Jimmy in James Stewart's name even though he never went by it professionally. I didn't mean to imply that he used that name, just that it was a public nickname that others called him. True, he never used that nickname personally, mostly it was his supporters, those who knew him from afar. I took out Jimmy from James Stewart's name, and the best I got was a compromise where they put Jimmy in a separate sentence, noting that he never used Jimmy professionally, always going by "James Stewart." I'm willing to abide by the decision to not put Teddy in his name because he didn't use it, but I think the same should be done with James Stewart, not even calling him Jimmy in a sentence after his name. That's just my two cents. I know that the place to propose that (Jimmy) is on James Stewart's WP talk page, just saying there should be consistency.NapoleonX (talk) 19:05, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

3 years

Today is the 3rd anniversary of when I created this account. I'm very glad I did so, and thank every one of my Wikifriends for making it worthwhile (you know who you are). It's also probably time I gave you all an update. While I've been less active since February (largely due to off-Wiki obligations, which aren't as time-consuming as before but still need my attention), I am by no means leaving Wikipedia anytime soon. I might be able to occasionally review articles now, but I still don't expect to work on any major projects for a while. We'll see when things pick back up. 2016 GA Cup-Wrap Up

WikiProject Good Articles's 2016 GA Cup - Final/Wrap-Up Hello to our truly awesome GA Cup competitors! Thursday, June 30 saw the end of the 2016 GA Cup. It was a huge success. In the final, our five competitors reviewed an astonishing 207 articles, the most in any GA Cup final thus far. We continue to reach our goals and make a substantial impact in how quickly articles are reviewed for GA status. On March 1, the start of this competition, the article longest in the queue had languished there since June 26, 2015 [1]; in the July 1, 2016 list, the average wait length is just four months [2]. It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for their enthusiasm, and for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success. Remember that most articles can't even be considered for FA status unless it's been passed to GA first, so our efforts have created hundreds of potentials FAs. That is, as they say, a big deal. The final this time represented a real horse race between our 1st and 2nd place winners. First-time competitor (who had won all previous rounds) Sainsf earned an impressive 1456 points with 91 articles reviewed during the final. Close behind, in second place was Carbrera, also a first-time competitor, reviewed the most articles (94). Their enthusiasm was a treat to witness. Congrats to you both! The competition went relatively smoothly, with very little drama this time. We had to clarify one rule: in order for the points to count, you must mark your reviews as completed; it's not up to the judges to ensure that all reviews are completed by the end of a round. We were strict about adhering to this clarification, especially at the end of the final. We intend on stressing it in the stated rules for our next competition, which will be announced soon, so watch out for it. We also intend on applying for a grant through Wikimedia to include gift certificates for our winners, to further incentivize the GA Cup. MrWooHoo should receive special recognition for acting as our main judge, and for stepping in for the rest of the judges when real-life busyness took over. He reviewed the majority of the submissions during our final round. Thanks for your hard work, and for the hard work of all our judges. We look forward to the next competition. Yes, I meant Timberlake. However, even if your addition was supported with a good in-text citation in the article body, it's not worth adding such a category when it isn't something a subject is really noted for. Just because other stuff uses something doesn't necessarily mean it's a good idea. A legacy section should talk about one's impact on society/music industry and perhaps influence on other artists. Regarding my Donald Trump edit. I would like to assume you aren't a bot and can use human reasoning. This is a wikki not computer language. NOt everything is in a box and things can be taken into consideration. Not every word or letter needs a citation. _John G. Trump is notable enough to have his own page. In the first paragraph of John Trump's page it states, with citation, that he is Donald Trump's uncle.
