article is new enough, long enough, and within policy. Hook is short enough and interesting. I prefer ALT0 as the most interesting and engaging to a broader audience. "Being an experienced pilot, Davison was quickly sent on a conversion course on how to fly fighter jets" is, in my view, impossible. The first British jet fighter did not fly until 1941 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gloster_Aircraft_Company#1941_%E2%80%93_Arrival_of_the_Turbojet).
