Naming

This category was renamed at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2021 January 1#Category:Genies in video games from Category:Genies in video games to Category:Video games about genies, even though the former name matched its siblings Category:Genies in anime and manga‎, Category:Genies in film‎ and Category:Genies in television‎.

The parent of all those is Category:Jinn in popular culture but the lead article in that one is Genies in popular culture.

User:Good Olfactory closed the above CFD as "rename, without prejudice to a proposal to change it to Category:Video games about jinn." User:Dimadick later tagged the page for speedy renaming, but did not list it with a rationale.
