To-do list for Idi Amin:

bulletin ref
@Indy beetle: you've added the ref name "bulletin" with no definition. Were you trying to add that name to the ref directly after it? That's my guess, but since "bulletin" isn't in its title or publisher name I wasn't sure. -- Fyrael (talk) 18:40, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
- @Fyrael: My mistake, it was an incomplete ref. I've fixed it. -Indy beetle (talk) 19:17, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

There is a Wikipedia page that details the persecution of Baha’i adherents including the execution of Olinga and his family but there’s no mention of this in the article on Idi Amin.

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 13:20, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
The Bahai are a religious minority, surely a link would do: if you unlock the page he could sort it himself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.85.204.164 (talk) 22:39, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Most things u write about the man are not correct And why don't u talk about the good thing he did for the country Uganda like constructing Mandela stadium — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mangenihassan (talk • contribs) 05:49, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
- Most things u write about the man are not correct Such as? Also, the Mandela National Stadium was opened in the late 1990s, almost 20 years past Amin's presidency. -Indy beetle (talk) 05:57, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
Claims of participation in Shifta War
The claim that Amin participated in the Shifta war in the KAR in 1949 doesn’t seem right as the Shifta war began in 1963. The source cited only makes a vague reference to him being stationed in Somalia fighting “the Shifta animal raiders”. Seems like this should be revised 2601:81:8500:5F10:0:0:0:BACF (talk) 20:58, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
- Indeed. Thank you for pointing this out. "Shifta" was a catch-all term for bandits and rebels in Somalia during this period, so whoever added "Shifta War" was probably not familiar with the terminology. Applodion (talk) 22:02, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
How was he captured or died?
How was Idi Amin captured? 87.248.238.141 (talk) 20:08, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
- He was never captured. He fled into exile, lived there for decades, and then died of natural causes. Applodion (talk) 21:10, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
