Branched!

Okay, so I branched climbing terminology. I'd like to start pointing climbing articles to this page, and so I'd like to improve this article considerably. Some of the terms here may not be worth noting, for example, 'beached whale' and 'adjusting.' Anecdotally, I've heard these terms used, but I'm not sure they're necessary to note here.

OKAY!

Just discovered "Glossary of climbing terms," which seems to make this whole article redundant... I think maybe we should delete this and point the template to that article instead. I'm going to add a similar comment on the template. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lopside (talkcontribs) 18:50, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You don't want to delete this page, just merge it to the other one. The correct way to do this is to move any information in this article that isn't in the other article to the other article. Then make this a redirect to the other article. Jkasd 02:30, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You could call this page North American Climbing Terminology since it seems not to include common terms used elsewhere. Glossary of Climbing terms is much more complete.96.54.53.165 (talk) 22:43, 6 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
