Serbian First League (Serbian: Прва лига Србије, Prva liga Srbije) is the name for the second tier in Serbia's football league. The league is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. 18 teams are set to compete in this league for the 2009-10 season. It is often referred to as Prva liga Telekom Srbija (Прва лига Телеком Србија), named after the main sponsor of the league, Telekom Srbija. The league was formed to replace the old second division of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro.
