  • Sharon Zandra Carter - young unknown underground actress, singer
  • Readies as in the Pink Floyd song Wot's Uh... The Deal http://lyricwiki.org/Pink_Floyd:Wot's..._Uh_The_Deal
  • ryona - it was late and I was wandering around YouTube... After watching a few videos of various Fighting Games, I noticed that the word "ryona" started to appear more often... I kind of figured what the word refers to, though I do not know the actual definition... Apparently it is another fetish originating in Japan.
  • Writer in Residence - a writer who is at an institution???
  • Bobfoc term to describe a person with an attractive body but an ugly face: acronym of "Body Of Baywatch; Face Of Crimewatch".
  • butterface similiar to bobfoc but it means hot but her face
  • "I like Pie". - Clearly, this is a longstanding term in culture. Who here has not heard of this phrase? President Obama actually said that in one of his campaign speeches on the road pre-election (it's on YouTube, I'd provide a link if I could). I've heard it on the Internet, in various writings, and it made an appearence on the Nickeleodeon series Back at the Barnyard and Fairly OddParents. There are innumerous results for "I like pie" in Google, for instance, and there is a song about liking pie in the film, "Micheal" (a main character sings about how much she loves pie). There could be some notable citations from websites and such alongside the trivial media ones I listed. In fact, I could write the article if I knew how. There's plenty to find in the notability field. --TurtleShroom! :) I like turtles. THE TURTLE'S OVER NINE THOUSAND! Madness? NO, THIS IS GOOMBA! 01:12, 9 June 2009
"Codonology" could relate to Codon and Codon Dictionary; that would make it a branch of genetics. But "codonology.org" and "codonology.wikia.com" (apparently by the same person) are about something else, and yes, it sounds to me like Lawsonomy and other "scientific"-sounding idiosyncratic beliefs. • WikiProject Social Networking - WP seems to lose the race to stay current with social networking services even when they exist for years. Furthermore, interest in Social Networks is high among internet users because they want to know more about referenced services. IMO, List of social networking websites is doing it backwards - nobody needs another article about facebook, flickr, youtube, del.icio.us or digg, but informations about less "notable", less "well-known sites" are of MUCH more general interest. Who cares about an article repeating things everyone can find out with a quick internet search? On the other hand, I DO care a lot about how legit eg. WhoHub is - and as WP uses it as a source (Special:Search/Whohub), so should WP itself. --93.222.252.183 (talk) 16:10, 6 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
