Personal Life Passage

The 4th paragraph under personal life...

Mike Tyson Supports Rangers F.C. The ex-world heavyweight champion, 44, dropped in to Smackdown Gym, in Peterborough, Cambs, for a signing session and showed where his footy allegiance lies as he wore the Ibrox team’s kit. Tyson looked in good shape as he met fans but stunned diners at the city’s Bombay Brasserie curry house when he scoffed SIX courses washed down with honey tea. Iron Mike had his dishes specially cooked to vegan requirements. Meanwhile, Rangers assistant manager Ally McCoist has been voted a World Cup pet hate in the US — because they couldn’t understand his accent as a TV pundit. The Gers legend, 47, left viewers baffled with his big-match patter on satellite channel ESPN. And Coisty was then named in a Top 20 list of irritating things about the footy tournament. Mag Soccer America, which ran the poll, said: “He was incomprehensible.”

Rape conviction

I don't think his rape conviction should be diminished. It is as well known as his boxing career, and nowadays seems much more controversial. It has happened and should be included in the introduction. Brain696 (talk) 23:52, 9 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy and Upset

Robin Givens contradicts herself in an interview she, and her then husband former heavy weight champion Mike Tyson, had with Barbara Walters. "Michael... is a manic depressive. They, he is. It's something that is just a fact. It's been torture. It's been pure hell. It's been worse than anything I could possibly imagine. I think for the first time, I can understand abused women. There is a time, when he cannot control his temper and that's frightening to me or to my mother...He shakes. He pushes. He swings...There are times when Michael is manic and extremely abusive. Not physically. Verbally." Svsulaser (talk) 04:26, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
