A cheeky WikiKitten

A WikiKitten is an editor whose edits are a little myspacey, but they usually have at least ten edits to the mainspace. They strive to receive recognition, and usually look for friends to help them out. They usually look for little things to fix while editing. They get their start by fixing little things, such as correcting spelling or replying to talk page posts; their edits escalate from there.

Some WikiKittens need help and attention to become good editors, but most of the time they manage to make it on their own. They are fairly good at fighting off vandals, though sometimes they have trouble discovering it. WikiKittens almost always act in good faith, though some of the time they don't. When a WikiKitten acting in good faith is mistaken for a vandal, they can get quite sensitive and will either lash out or retreat into the den.

WikiKittens who manage to grow up usually develop into either WikiCats or WikiPumas. Very rarely, though, they will develop into WikiGryphons, though this is highly unlikely. They are unlike WikiPuppies in that the WikiKitten will usually have more edits to the mainspace, will want to work independently at times and not want a large group of friends, and will get over kittenhood faster. Though they will usually remain friends with the Wikipedians they are friends with as long as they are on Wikipedia.
