List of Latter Day Saints
This is a list of Latter-day Saints who are particularly well-known. This list primarily includes adherents of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as a small number of adherents of related denominations (as labeled). It lists those born into a Latter Day Saint Church or those which converted to Mormonism in later years. The majority of people listed below are practicing Latter-day Saints, but the list may also include nonchurchgoers. See: Former Latter-day Saints for a list of persons who ended their affiliation with LDS movement religions. Note that in several cases persons listed here have been excommunicated from one LDS movement denomination, but went on to join another LDS movement denomination (or start their own). In these cases, the person is still listed here because they continue to profess belief in the LDS movement.
