The King’s Man is an upcoming action comedy film directed and produced by Matthew Vaughn. It is a prequel to the Kingsman film series, which is loosely based on the comic book series Kingsman, created by Dave Gibbons and Mark Millar. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Ralph Fiennes, Harris Dickinson, Liam Neeson, Daniel Brühl, Rhys Ifans, Gemma Arterton, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Charles Dance, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Djimon Hounsou, and Stanley Tucci. The film will be released on February 14, 2020.

Production
In June 2018, Matthew Vaughn announced that a prequel film titled Kingsman: The Great Game was in active development, stating that the plot would take place during the early-1900s and would depict the formation of the spy agency and that the project would film back-to-back with "the third regular Kingsman film".[3][4]
In April 2019 some scenes were shot in Turin and Venaria Reale (Italy), transformed into Yugoslavia.[5]
As the Kingsman: The Great Game, actors that were attached to the film, Charles Dance, Daniel Bruhl, Harris Dickinson, and Ralph Fiennes. They were joined in February 2019 by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Gemma Arterton and Liam Neeson at which time the release date was November 8, 2019.[6] On June 19, 2019, 20th Century Fox revealed the film's title as The King's Man and new release date with no cast attached while to be first Kingsman film made under control of Disney.[2]
Release
The King’s Man is scheduled to be released in the United States on February 14, 2020. It was originally scheduled to be released on November 15, 2019.[7]
