I have some ideas and opinions.

Please do not use {{reflist|2}} unless there are too many references (specially if there is one reference, it'll break the ref).
Section header cap, use general sentence case like "Education and career" and not "Education nd Career.
In the infobox if you use df=y for dates, it'll become DMY format. Please use either MDY or DMY.
