Highway 610 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 18 to Highway 718 near Bateman. Highway 610 is about 67 km (42 mi.) long.

Highway 610 also passes near the community of Woodrow. It intersects Highways 13 and 43.
