Germans in France include French people of German ancestry and people born in Germany who live in France.

German emigration to France has resulted in it being the home of one of the largest communities of German population born outside Germany. Migration from Germany to France has increased rapidly from the 1990s onwards, and by 2012 there were an estimated 130,000 German citizens living in France.[1]

The German community in France is estimated at approximately 130,000 Germans.[1]

The main destinations of German migration to France apart of Paris are the Franco-German borderlands, Southern France, and Corsica. The major regions chosen by this community are Alsace, Lorraine, Aquitaine, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées, Brittany, Poitou-Charentes and Corsica.
