Rantau Panjang is a federal constituency in Pasir Mas District, Kelantan, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Meranti, Bakong, Meranti Kechil, Pohon Buloh, Kampung Lalang, Pohon Tanjong, Kampung Siram, Jejawi, Banggol Setol, Tok Sangkut, Tasek Berangan, Lubok Gong, Kedai Gual Periok, Gual Sitok, Pekan Rantau Panjang, Kedai Lama, Banggol Kulim, Bakat, Kubang Kual, Bukit Tandak, Kuala Itek, Lubok Setol, Kampung Rahmat, Repek, Lati, Lubok Tapah, Chicha Tinggi, Cherang Hangus, Taman, Batu Karang, Bukit Tuku, Baroh Pial, Chandan.

2016–present:[4] The constituency contains the polling districts of Tanjong Redang, Lemal, Kelar, Kangkong, Binjal, Chetok, Gelam, Rasal, Galok, Bendang Pauh, Jabo, Bechah Kelubi, Kubang Gendang, Lubok Gong, Kedai Gual Periok, Gual Sitok, Pekan Rantau Panjang, Kedai Lama, Banggol Kulim, Bakat, Kubang Kual, Bukit Tandak, Kuala Itek, Lubok Setol, Kampung Rahmat, Repek, Lati, Lubok Tapah, Chicha Tinggi, Cherang Hangus, Taman, Batu Karang, Bukit Tuku, Baroh Pial, Chandan.
