Kangar is a federal constituency in Perlis, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–16: The constituency contains the polling districts of Nesam, Abi, Kechor, Hutan Melintang, Telok Kachang, Wang Bintong, Kampong Salang, Repoh, Alor Lanchang, Taman Indera, Tok Peduka, Padang Bohor, Padang Petani, Padang Katong, Derma, Pekan Lama Kangar, Pengkalan Assam, Pekan Baru Kangar, Seberang Bakau, Behor Gandin, Seberang Alor, Hujong Tanjong, Kepala Batas, Seberang Tok Pi, Padang Besar Selatan, Titi Tok Bandar, Bangsal Lebah, Temak, Seriab, Gunong Utan Aji, Hujung Batu.
