Jenny Andison

Jenny Andison (b 1971) is a Canadian Suffragan Bishop.[1]

Early life

Born in the U.K to medical missionary parents (CMS), Andison spent formative years in Pakistan on the mission field.

Her family emigrated to Canada when she was 11.

Andison was educated at Queen's University and Wycliffe College, Toronto; and was ordained in 1999.[2]

She has a passion for congregational renewal and church planting.

Personal life

Jenny Andison is married to Tim, a corporate lawyer, and they have three daughters, Emma, Kate, and Charlotte.

Becomes bishop

Andison was elected on 17 September 2016,[3] and consecrated on January 7, 2017.[4] She has oversight of 53 parishes in the York-Credit Valley area of the Toronto diocese.[5]
