Bana Malwala is a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from Kapurthala , which is both district and sub-district headquarters of Bana Malwala. The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative of the village.[1]

Demography

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Bana Malwala has a total number of 19 houses and population of 111 of which include 51 males and 60 females. Literacy rate of Bana Malwala is 54.74%, lower than state average of 75.84%.
