Denny Field is located in Seattle, Washington, and served as the home grounds for the University of Washington football team from the 1895 through the 1920 seasons. Washington compiled an overall home record of 87 wins, 15 losses, and 13 ties on the field including an NCAA record 59–0–4 winning streak dating from 1907 to 1917.[1]
On November 5, 1920, Washington played their final game at Denny Field, losing to Stanford, 3–0. Three weeks later, November 27 marked the final game of the 1920 season and the opening of Husky Stadium against Dartmouth.
The field is located south of the intersection of NE 45th Street and 20th Avenue NE by Hutchinson Hall and Hansee Hall.[2]
