Cil with bar, (, ) is a letter of the Cyrillic script. Its design is derived from the Ts’ili letter of the Georgian alphabet. Peter von Uslar added it often in his editions of different alphabets. Furthermore, it was included in the 1875 version of the Tabasaran alphabet, the 1911 version of the Lezgi alphabet, and the 1862 version of the Abkhazian alphabet.[1]
