Eddie Rocket’s (IRL) Limited is an Irish restaurant chain, with its headquarters in Dublin.[1] It offers American-style food in 1950s' style diners (similar to the Johnny Rockets diner restaurants in the United States). It is owned by Rocket Restaurants Limited.

Company

Rocket Restaurants Limited opened their first restaurant in Dublin in 1989 and at one point were present in 42 locations in Ireland, England, Wales, Spain and recently Northern Ireland. The company still has a substantial franchisee base.

Franchise

Eddie Rocket's restaurants are largely franchised, with 32 of the 40 restaurants held by franchisees.[citation needed] It is a member of the Irish Franchise Association.

Rockin Joes

Rockin' Joe's is the name of four restaurants in Cork, two in Galway, three in Limerick and one in Waterford, Ennis and Clonmel. They are former franchises of Eddie Rocket's but have rebranded as of September 2013. Rockin' Joe's is not listed as a brand owned by the former master franchisor but appears to be a variant on another US food franchise name Rock 'n' Joe.[2]
