KLDO-DT2 is the LATV -affiliated commercial television station for the Laredo, Texas and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas markets. It is the second digital subchannel of Univision affiliate KLDO owned by Entravision Communications . Over-the-air, KLDO-DT2 broadcasts a standard definition digital signal on UHF channel 19.2 from a transmitter at its studios in Laredo, Texas. The origins of KLDO-DT2 began in 2009 when KLDO-TV announced that it would launch a LATV affiliate on channel 19.2.[ 1]
