Krishna Kripalani (1907-1992) was an Indian Freedom fighter, author and parliamentarian. He was nominated to the Rajya Sabha in 1974 and served till 1980. He wrote a number of books on Rabindranath Tagore, Mahatma Gandhi and on Indian literature. He was also a recipient of the Padma Bhushan.
