This is a list of the richest royals by their personal net worth, excluding properties held by the state, government or Crown, and is listed in U.S. dollars for simple comparison purposes, based on estimates published by Forbes.[1][2]

Since the publication of the estimates from 2011, Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Bhumibol of Thailand have died and Beatrix of the Netherlands and Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani have abdicated.
