Mugal Chak is a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from Kapurthala, which is both district and sub-district headquarters of Mugal Chak. The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative of the village.[1]

Demography

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Mugal Chak has total number of 96 houses and population of 505 of which include 276 males and 229 females. Literacy rate of Mugal Chak is 79.57%, higher than state average of 75.84%.
