Historical regions of the current Polish state
The following historic regions are either completely or mostly within Poland's modern borders:

- The County of Kladsko (Czech: Kladské hrabství, German: Grafschaft Glatz, Template:Lang-pl) was a historical administrative unit in the Kingdom of Bohemia and later in the Kingdom of Prussia with its capital at Kłodzko (Kladsko) which roughly corresponds with the present-day Kłodzko County in the Polish Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
