Spain entered the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 , held in Millstreet , Ireland . Their entry was Eva Santamaría with the song "Hombres " (English: Men ). Televisión Española (TVE) used an internal selection to select Santamaría.
At Eurovision
Santamaría performed 22nd in the running order, following Croatia and preceding Cyprus . At the close of the voting Santamaría had received 58 points, placing 11th of 25.
