Going to take a look at this NASCAR article soon. good888 (talk) 14:45, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
Lead section
- "Chevrolet maintained his lead in the Manufacturers' Championship" His lead?
- Reworded sentence to avoid confusion Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- Add Dodge's total.
Infobox
- Is it possible you could add the event's logo instead of the track in the infobox? If not, remove the image of the track in the report section.
Report
- "One lap later, Dave Blaney drove to his garage" Since Blaney was nowhere near the front, I don't think this is notable.
- Removed Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- "as Tony Raines went to his garage." Likewise for Raines.
- Removed Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- "On lap 59, it was announced that Michael McDowell and Joe Nemechek had retired from the race." Once again, I don't think this is notable.
- Removed Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- "On lap 115, the pace car moved on track. During the caution, which was caused by debris, most of the leaders made pit stops." Suggest rewriting to: On lap 115, the pace car moved on track because debris was spotted on the track. During the caution, most of the leaders made pit stops."
- "On lap 162, Johnson's lead of 3.4 seconds was reduced to nothing when the pace car moved on track. During the caution, which was caused by debris, some of the leaders elected to make pit stops." Suggest rewriting to: "On lap 162, Johnson's lead of 3.4 seconds was reduced to nothing when debris was spotted on the track, causing a caution. During the caution, some of the leaders elected to make pit stops."
- "Two laps later, a multi-car collision occurred on the back straightway as Earnhardt, Jr. got loose, and collected eight cars." State who was caught up in the crash.
- Added drivers caught up in crash Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
Going to place on hold for now. good888 (talk) 09:54, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- @Good888: All issues raised have been rectified. Z105space (Talk to me!) 20:11, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
- Had a look at the logo and it is fine. With this and all the other issues addresed, I am promoting it to GA class. good888 (talk) 09:20, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
