This page has multiple issues

It was tagged as "unreferenced" since 2008. Subject may not meet Wikipedia's Notability criteria. I have added a couple of references but this is not really enough to meet Wikipedia's standards. The article needs expansion and rewriting, as well as reliable third-party sources.
