Shouldn't Crystal Hefner redirect here as a misnomer? The current newstand issue of Playboy says Mrs. Crystal Hefner on the cover IIRC, so it's being used. 65.94.47.63 (talk) 06:42, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It was used because it was assumed that the wedding would go as planned. I haven't seen any publications, other than this one issue, that have used "Crystal Hefner" to refer to her.
