- ... that Kathleen Heddle is one of only two Canadians to win three gold medals at the Summer Olympic Games? Source: CBC News (Canadian Press); Associated Press
- ALT1:... that Kathleen Heddle won three Olympic gold medals in rowing, even though she had intended to play varsity volleyball at the University of British Columbia? Source: UBC Sports Hall of Fame; BC Sports Hall of Fame
- Reviewed: My Name is Han
- Comment: Eligible per Rule 1e, because it only appeared in the "Recent Deaths" section of ITN and not as a bold link.

- Article is long enough and has been expanded fivefold in the timeframe. It appears neutral, and is adequately sourced inline to reliable sources. Spotchecks on sources found no obvious close paraphrasing and Earwig is fairly clean,[1] though you might like to slightly vary "the first Canadians to win three Olympic gold medals" if there's another way of putting it.
- Hooks are interesting, adequately concise, supported by at least one reliable source, neutral, and do not focus on negative aspects. I think Alt1 could be improved by shaving the university off the end. I prefer the main hook. QPQ is done.
- The only thing in the article that struck me as odd is starting her national rowing career in Early life. I'd move all the material on rowing into the Career section, certainly after she's been selected for the national team.
- Probably will need another copy edit after leaving the RD section of the main page as it seems to be getting its share of drive-by additions. Espresso Addict (talk) 03:55, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
