[edit]A logo would be nice... IIRC, it was a prism with a rainbow ... 70.29.212.226 (talk) 12:31, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
Factual Correction - Orbiter
[edit]There were TWO Orbiter products, the first was in 1985 and that was the one published by Spectrum Holobyte. Developer was PC Services Inc and Digital Illusions. The cover of the box featured a hologram showing plants through a window. Screen shots here: http://www.mobygames.com/game/orbiter/screenshots
The one you have linked to was certainly more visually appealing and I'm sure benefited from things like... floating point calculations, memory over 256k, and screen resolutions better than CGA and basic Macintosh.
Don R. Gilman - one of the developers!
- Fixed. The 2010(-ish) Orbiter is the only one we currently have an article on. I created a new wikilink for the 1985 Spectrum Holobyte version. — Frεcklεfσσt | Talk 13:51, 2 June 2014 (UTC)
