page move?
[edit]Given the creation of Statue of Lucille Ball (Palm Springs, California), this page may need to be moved for disambiguation purposes. ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:10, 3 May 2024 (UTC)

Statue of Lucille Ball → Statue of Lucille Ball (Celoron, New York) – Disambiguation helpful given Statue of Lucille Ball (Palm Springs, California). I propose converting Statue of Lucille Ball into a disambiguation page. ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:20, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- Support Seems like the right choice here.★Trekker (talk) 01:40, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nom and ★Trekker. BD2412 T 04:26, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. Pageviews indicate this famous statue is by far the WP:primary topic in a WP:ONEOTHER situation. There's no reason to send readers looking for this article to a dab page when the small minority can get to the only other article through a hatnote just as easily as through an unneeded dab page. Station1 (talk) 07:24, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Clearly most helpful to have a dabpage. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:42, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
- Weak support – I initially agreed with Station1, but upon closer inspection I realized that Statue of Lucille Ball (Palm Springs, California) is just 9 weeks old, and in that time there's been a 15:1 pageview ratio. I don't think that's enough to be confident that the New York statue is the primary topic. jlwoodwa (talk) 22:46, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
- Also, the {{I Love Lucy}} navbox links to the New York statue and not the California statue, which probably affects the pageviews. This might be appropriate – maybe the New York statue really is that much more relevant to I Love Lucy – but it makes me even less confident that the New York statue is the primary topic. jlwoodwa (talk) 23:22, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
