Telescape is the fifty-third studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the twenty-third installment of the Buckethead Pikes Series.[1] The album was part of a series of thirty pike albums that were released in close succession from one another during 2013.

The album was announced and released on August 16 in a digital format[2] [3] and also as a limited edition, untitled album signed by Buckethead himself. Unlike the previous limited editions released during 2013, this one was limited to 300 copies. This trend was followed on every pike album after this one. The limited edition was scheduled to be released on August 19 but it got delayed one day.

Unlike any of the previous albums released on 2013, the album was originally announced with the standard edition cover and track titles. A standard edition was announced but has not yet been released.
