Speedy deletion nomination of Emil Kazaz[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Emil Kazaz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JimVC3 (talk) 02:37, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Emil kazaz[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Emil kazaz has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. →Bmusician 07:43, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Emil Kazaz.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Emil Kazaz.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 17:24, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is invited to contribute, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Emil Kazaz, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Non-free images[edit]

Please stop restoring that gallery of non-free images at Emil Kazaz. You need to make sure you read and understand our policy on non-free media. Please note especially the section marked WP:NFC#Non-free image use in galleries or tables. As long as the works in that list are not individually analysed in the article, we can't use them. Speedy deletion nomination of Sam zumian[edit]

Hello Amuradyan12,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sam zumian for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Danrok (talk) 12:00, 28 September 2012 (UTC)

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Kiki (Artist) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kiki (Artist) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kiki (LA Art Show 2012).jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Kiki (LA Art Show 2012).jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Stefan2 (talk) 12:08, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kiki (Artist).gif[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Kiki (Artist).gif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

Removing maintenance templates from promotional articles[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Wikipedia. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. 76.248.149.47 (talk) 12:46, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

October 2012[edit]

As well, at least part of the content you've added appears to be taken directly from a gallery website, which raises the possibility of both copyright violations and conflict of interest, if you're associated with the gallery representing these artists. 76.248.149.47 (talk) 12:50, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Hello, I'm AllyD. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kiki (Artist) because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! AllyD (talk) 20:53, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Log/2012 October 1. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. AllyD (talk) 21:00, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kiki (Artist), you may be blocked from editing. This relates to the deletion of the AfD notice by 76.93.69.4 AllyD (talk) 21:02, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Your articles[edit]

Quite a large amount of content has been removed from some articles you created because it isn't properly referenced and its tone is inappropriate for a formal encyclopedia. All the text is still available in the page history but you will need to review Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources, Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons and Wikipedia:Writing better articles#Tone before readding any of it. This is really not the place to go on at length about the achievements of people you know and I may be nominating them for deletion soon anyway per Wikipedia:Notability (people). Thanks. – Steel 23:34, 2 October 2012 (UTC)

An observation[edit]

I see a concerning lack of talk page participation combined with the reverting of multiple editors. This gives the impression that you are simply going forward with what you believe to be the correct article version without any considerration for consensus. To avoid a block for edit warring you will need to stop reverting edits and attempt to build consensus for your edits on article talk pages. Tiderolls 02:56, 3 October 2012 (UTC)

  • If you people give me the time to reply to Talk pages, as I am being harrassed so badly, I WILL participate. Give me some time, it's quite sad to see people without patience. I'm reading through policies to fix the issues. I'm already quite frustrated with some comments on here. It took you less than a minute to make this message. Give me an hour. --Amuradyan12 (talk) 03:00, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
You've been active since May and have exactly three talk page edits including this one. You are not "fixing" issues you are reverting. If you are frustrated I would suggest stepping back and gathering your thoughts. If you continue to revert it will only lead to problems. Tiderolls 03:04, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
I'm trying to read into the issues to figure out, I'm STILL trying to get used to Wikipedia and it's formatting. What is so wrong about my articles and why people are harrassing them? Why is it that my article, that I wrote MONTHS ago, have problems all of a sudden? I can provide more sources, if that's what people are dying to see. --Amuradyan12 (talk) 03:09, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
Informing yourself is optimum; all I'm asking is that you stop reverting the good faith edits of other editors without discussion. As to your content questions, I don't have an answer regarding the article content because content is not my issue here. You may have a valid case for inclusion but that will mean nothing without discussion and collegial effort. Tiderolls 03:15, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
  • And while this is going on you make the same edits that you were criticized for before, on Emil Kazaz. I don't want to speculate on the reasons for your edits, but what they lead to is clear: a block. Drmies (talk) 03:18, 3 October 2012 (UTC)
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistent disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. File permission problem with File:Kiki Artist.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Kiki Artist.gif.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included.

Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 01:51, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
