The draft used interviews as a source, which means that source is not independent of the subject. Also note this: He ventures across the NBA circle and has met many people associated with the NBA, particularly analysts and players. - it sounds like WP:PEACOCK. There is more than that in this draft, and all of them should either be removed or rewritten.
