Hello, DemonDaze, and thank you for your contributions!
I wanted to let you know it seems an article you worked on, Rock Bottom: Live from Bottom of the Hill, is copied from another Wikipedia page, Rock Bottom: Live from the Bottom of the Hill. It's fine to do this as long as you provide the following information in the edit summary:
- a link to the article you copied from
- the date you copied it
You can do this now by editing the page, making any minor edit to the article, and adding the above information into the edit summary.
If you're still not sure how to fix the problem, please leave a message at the help desk. It's possible that I made a mistake, so feel free to remove the tag I placed on the article.
Thanks again for helping build the free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 04:54, 2 June 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of The Advantage Records (T.A.R.)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on The Advantage Records (T.A.R.) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. reddogsix (talk) 23:58, 24 September 2015 (UTC)

Hello, DemonDaze. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Live from: The Great American Music Hall, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- save the page
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ' Olowe2011 Talk 04:18, 26 September 2015 (UTC)

Notability for music
[edit]Hi! I noticed that you've created a lot of articles for music related topics, some of which did not properly show notability. In particular I notice that you've made a lot of articles for music albums and singles. These can be very difficult to properly source, as you have to show where they are independently notable outside of the musician(s) since notability is WP:NOTINHERITED. The easiest way to assert notability is through reviews for the work in independent and reliable sources. For example, a review from Pitchfork would be usable to show notability, as would a review in a newspaper. Be careful though, as not all sources can assert notability, such as self-published sources like blogs. User reviews on merchant sites also cannot show notability. (I don't think you've done this, but it's commonly done enough to where I usually mention it in an overview of policy.)
Now a very common problem with bands like The Advantage is that they're not super mainstream, so it's usually difficult to find enough coverage for their albums - especially if the band predates the Internet. In these cases it's usually better to create a redirect rather than an article. If you want you can create the frame of an article and then redirect until you can find coverage, which is something I've done in the past with various topics (films, books, etc).
Part of the issue with making a ton of articles for albums and topics that may not pass notability guidelines is that this takes up the time of other users. If you create an article and do not assert notability then that's work that another editor has to do. You need to assume that your hands will be the only ones that look for sourcing, so you need to properly source articles before posting them to the mainspace. Do not rely on other editors to do this work for you, because sometimes editors might not have access to the same sourcing that you do. This means that if they cannot find sources and/or believe that sourcing does not exist, they will nominate the article for deletion - which then requires administrator oversight. Repeated creation of articles with sourcing issues can be seen as disruptive, even though you had the best of intentions while creating them. I don't mean that to sound bad, just that this can take up a lot of other editors' time. (I'd had someone tell me this years ago as well.) Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 08:41, 26 September 2015 (UTC)

Ways to improve Double K (American musician)
[edit]Hello, DemonDaze,
Thank you for creating Double K (American musician).
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
Regretfully, Discography do not lend notability for a band or group. What is needed is independent secondary sources - interviews or reviews of the group; note this article is about a group, not their work or songs. So information about the group is needed. Thank you.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Whiteguru}}
